Chalet Mathilde offers a peaceful retreat right on the slopes of Les Coches. With six en-suite bedrooms, a spacious open-plan lounge, log fire, and panoramic mountain views, it’s the perfect base for families or groups. The chalet sleeps up to 14 guests and offers easy access to both skiing and the heart of the village.
This is a self-catered chalet, giving you the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Whether you're gathering for dinner after a day on the mountain or relaxing in the hot tub, Chalet Mathilde feels like home.

Welcome to the heart of Ski La Source - our treasured Chalet Mathilde. Tucked away 5mins walk from the charming village of Les Coches, it stands amidst a vast 420km of skiing wonderland. The chalet's doorstep is a mere 30m away from the piste and your next snowy adventure and is just a 150m ski from the gateway chairlift, offering you the luxury of truly ski in/ski out accommodation.
Inside Chalet Mathilde, you'll be connected with complimentary wifi and embraced by a fabulous view of the mountains. The spacious lounge seats all 14 guests. As you unwind, let the day's stories flow in the private hot tub, where the majestic silhouette of Mont Blanc forms the backdrop.

The bedroomsOur chalet comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, featuring twin ensuite bedrooms and a family room catering for up to four. Every bedroom boasts full headroom, two plush pillows for each bed, luxury toiletries, and a fluffy 100% cotton bath sheet towel paired with a hand towel. For those indulgent hot tub moments, dressing gowns are provided, and each room comes equipped with a handy hairdryer. Bedroom 1 offers twin beds, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, wash hand basin, and a personal balcony to cherish the Alpine views. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, an ensuite shower, WC, wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 provides twin beds with an ensuite shower, WC, and wash hand basin. Bedroom 4 provides twin beds with an ensuite shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 5 is designed for families, featuring twin beds, bunk beds, an ensuite shower, WC, wash hand basin and a spacious private balcony. Bedroom 6 features a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, wash hand basin and a patio door opening onto a private terrace. Remember to pack your cosiest slippers or indoor shoes, as outdoor footwear is kept outside the chalet's living areas.

Arrival and departureGuests are kindly asked to depart by 10AM and will gain access to the chalet only after 4PM. This interval allows our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the space to our high standards.

LocationPositioned just 30m from the piste and a mere 150m from the nearest chairlift, our chalet's location is unbeatable. A short stroll brings you to vibrant village bars, restaurants, and ski hires. While returning might take a tad longer due to the uphill climb, the views make it worth every step. We're conveniently located near key meeting points for lessons, ensuring you spend less time commuting and more on the slopes.
