The Zig Zag Apartment and Chalet Evelyn are available for self catered holidays spring, summer and autumn.

Summer in the mountains

The mountains are as beautiful in the other seasons as it is in winter but in different ways. Vivid colours, fantastic views and normally good weather. Chris and Linda live in Les Coches all year round so if you want any advice about summer please email them using the normal La Source address.

The apartment is also available from 1st June to 30th September. The shops and bars are open in Les Coches during July and August (exact dates on request) but most of the activities are there for you to try throughout summer. Full details of all the activities can be sent, again on request, but please find below a taste.

The best way to enjoy the area is to come on a self-drive basis. The opportunities for days out are endless:
Albertville – 45 mins
Val d’Isere – 50 mins
Lake Annecy – 1.25 hours
Italy via the Petit St Bernard pass – 1.5 hours
Mont Blanc – 3 hours

The resort of Les Coches is superb for families – throughout July and August there are clubs for all ages of children and teenagers with a huge range of activites available from cultural to high adventure. There are also opportunities to relax and go swimming, Montchavin (1km from Les Coches) has a lovely modern swimming pool surrounded by a grass sunbathing area and if you prefer something more natural then within 10km at Aime there is a lake perfect for swimming and picnicking.
